Haleakala Summit Sunrise Bicycle Tour

Haleakala Summit Sunrise Maui Bike Tour

The Haleakala Summit Sunrise Tour combines two unique activities -  a Maui Downhill Bike Adventure with a guided tour of Haleakala National Park.

Your downhill mountain biking journey begins with an early morning pickup.  Before biking down Haleakala, a luxury coach tour takes you to the 10,023’ summit of the world's largest dormant volcano.  Here you will experience a stunning sunrise.  It may be the most spectacular sunrise you will ever see. Next you will tour Haleakala National Park.  Tour the House of the Sun Visitor Center at the crater’s rim. Your tour guide will provide you with the legends and history of Haleakala.

At the 6500’ elevation Maui Mountain Bike Tours begin.  Enjoy scenic panoramas of Maui’s central valley and West Maui Mountains.  Make sure to bring your camera because there will be several stops as you bike down a volcano to capture the beauty on film.

We will stop for a no host lunch at Sunrise Market and Flower Farm.

At the end of the Maui Downhill adventure enjoy a safari van tour from Pukalani to the sea.  On this part of the tour you will learn the history of Maui’s sugar cane and pineapple plantation days.
